Resource security does not start with a new mine. It starts with seeing what already flows through our cities and industries. This session introduces the Resource Plant: a waste treatment facility reimagined as a producer of critical raw materials, nutrients, clean water and energy, while safely removing substances that should not remain in circulation. Speakers will explore how turning waste into resources can strengthen resilience, competitiveness, and resource security.
